The nonprofit center at the Seeley Lake Community Foundation Building (“the Foundation Building”) is a new home for the Seeley Lake Community Foundation, as well as for several amazing groups that provide important services to residents and visitors of the Seeley-Swan Valley.

The Seeley Lake Community Foundation Building is located at 3150 MT Highway 83 N, Seeley Lake, MT 59868.

We’re on the east side of Highway 83, right in the middle of downtown Seeley Lake.

Missoula Aging Services Seeley-Swan Resource Center

The satellite office of Missoula Aging Services helps the Seeley-Swan Valley’s older residents successfully age in place.

Linda Howard, MAS Seeley-Swan Resource Specialist: (406) 541-7688 or lhoward@missoulaagingservices.org offers one-on-one consultation for information, assistance with paperwork and advocacy in these areas:

  • Understanding, selecting and updating your Medicare and Medicaid options; Personal Benefits Check-Up to determine programs available to help you

  • Assistance getting help with heating bills through energy assistance and home weatherization

  • Nutrition assistance with delivery of hot meals through Meals on Wheels or your liquid supplements

  • Friendship and support through visits by a Senior Companion or Caring Companion

  • Care for caregivers through the Lifespan Respite Program

  • Help with daily personal or home care through in-home services

  • Considering options for long-term care outside your home, including Medicaid funding

  • End-of-life issues

  • Referrals for transportation, legal services and tax reduction programs

  • Opportunities to serve as a volunteer in the Retired Senior Volunteer Program, Foster Grandparent Program or Senior Companions Program

Sparrow’s Vine


Sparrow's Vine Parenting and Pregnancy Resource Center offers support during pregnancy and throughout parenting. They inspire their clients to make informed decisions regarding pregnancy, raising children, relationships and life skills. They provide practical and emotional help needed to support development through mentoring and educational training.

Seeley Lake Community Foundation

Each year, the SLCF gives grants to nonprofits for local projects, offers the Change Your Pace Challenge, a community fundraiser encouraging giving to local groups, and coordinates I Ride, a medical appointment van shuttle, supplying a critical unmet need for many of Seeley Lake’s seniors and disabled.
