Directions for renting the West Wing

Fill out the West Wing Use Agreement online (or download the Use Agreement to print, scan & return to us.)
Pay for your use of the space through our safe online payment system, using Bloomerang and Stripe (use button below). Or, mail a check made out to “Seeley Lake Community Foundation” to PO Box 25, Seeley Lake MT 59868.
You will need to list SLCF as an additional insured for your event. Have a Certificate of Additional Insured sent to info@slcfmt.org

5. Submit a flyer of your event to info@slcfmt.org and we will post this on our Facebook page to help you advertise your event! And don’t forget to post your event on SeeleySwanEvents.net to help spread the word in the community. PLEASE BE SURE TO REFER TO THIS FACILITY AS ‘THE FOUNDATION BUILDING’ on any fliers or marketing.
West Wing Rental Eligibility Information and Rates
The West Wing of the Seeley Lake Community Foundation Building (“the Foundation Building”) is available to be rented by nonprofits, schools, and government groups for workshops, trainings, and classes, and events.
Use of the space (see photos, below) includes: 25 folding chairs, 7 plastic folding tables, and high-speed fiber internet (via wifi). A meeting OWL and a large monitor are available on a case-by-case basis and require that you have gone through training on how to use them with our staff. We also have a projector and screen available for your use.
Rates:
$50 for 1-4 hours (including set up and takedown)
$100 for 4-8 hours (including set up and takedown)
We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee/property damage fee: $150
All groups that rent the space must list SLCF as an additional insured. This is usually a quick, easy process. You’ll just contact your insurer and have them send us a Certificate of Additional Insured listing SLCF.
You are welcome to test drive your technology during work hours; after hours tech support will likely not be available the day of your event.
