About the organization

The Seeley Lake Community Foundation is a small nonprofit that serves the beautiful, unincorporated valley surrounding Seeley Lake. The SLCF board prides itself on remaining ‘nimble’ in order to creatively respond to whatever needs might arise for Seeley Lake. The staff of this small-but-mighty organization wear many hats and juggle a variety of tasks in order to run programs, manage our building (which houses other nonprofits and meeting spaces), and handle all the administration and fundraising it takes to keep everything running smoothly.

The SLCF is, at its heart, a fundraising organization: as a Community Foundation, we gather and grow resources to strengthen Seeley Lake while keeping it special. Our role is to help connect people who want to change the world with those who can. There are many people who love this place and the job of our staff is ultimately to reflect back that joy and love, and turn dollars into impact for this place. Explore our website to learn more about who we are and what we do: www.slcfmt.org

Because we function as a community hub, ensuring an overall positive user experience is an essential component of our the jobs of our staff, including being part of frequent donor-centric communications, answering a variety of questions from the public, and providing excellent interactions for volunteers, clients, and donors.

This part-time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to your community, and make a difference for a special place!
